Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to orders placed on jrmedical.co.nz. Our phone number and email address are at the bottom of every page.

Please order carefully

Please check sizes, codes and compatibility before you order. We can't guarantee returns for change of mind or for items ordered by mistake. If you've ordered the wrong item, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll see what we can do. Any return is at our discretion, the item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is at your cost.

Items we can't take back

For infection-control reasons, we can't accept returns of sterile or single-use items once the packaging has been opened. This includes suction tips, speculums, curettes, myringotomy blades and PlasmaBAGs.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We'll repair it, replace it or refund you, and we'll cover the return shipping. Equipment faults after that are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. We look after warranty and repair work in NZ.

How to return an item

Contact us before sending anything back. We'll confirm the return and give you the return address.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days. Shipping charges on the original order aren't refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
